Volunteering Opportunities

Are you an international student or a young person living in Cluj-Napoca and looking to get involved in the local community? At Babeș-Bolyai University, volunteering is open to everyone – regardless of nationality!

We regularly offer volunteering opportunities in various departments, cultural centers, and during public events organized by or in partnership with UBB. You can contribute to activities such as promoting educational programs, assisting at events, supporting administrative tasks, or helping in science communication projects.

Some roles can even be done remotely – from home or anywhere in Cluj – especially during the summer.

All volunteers receive a certificate of participation, and, depending on the project, additional benefits may be available (such as accommodation support or access to special events).
